Each aligner moves teeth gently and gradually (about .25-.33 millimeters) into a new position. When it’s done its job, you move on to a new aligner. To make sure everything is going according to plan we’ll check on your progress every six weeks or so. Each patient is different, however on average it will take between 10 and 12 months to achieve the desired results.
