We all had a great time at Berwyn's 4th Annual Music In The Street Festival!

This summer we had a great time at Berwyn's 4th Annual Music in the Street Festival. It was held in Berwyn's Depot District with live local bands, food and local businesses. Louise talked to people about good oral hygiene. Laura and Carroll passed out dental health information and invited passersby to enter our raffle.

Keep Your Young Athlete Safe

There’s nothing I hate more than seeing perfectly good teeth snapped in half or knocked out – which makes me a huge fan of mouth guards for kids playing sports.

I’ve read the statistics – and seen for myself – how properly fitted mouth guards keep kids safe by spreading and lessening the force of impact to the mouth, and protecting not only their teeth but lips and tongues as well.1

Snoring Can Kill

It’s a familiar image on the comics page – a man sleeping the couch with a speech bubble over his head that says something like “ZZZZZZ.”

Funny, right? Not really...

Snoring is no laughing matter. It can keep the snorer – and anyone around him – from getting a good night’s sleep. And loud snoring can be a sign of a truly deadly condition called Obstructive Sleep Apnea.

Good News for EVERYONE!
Today There’s a Bulletproof Way to Lock Out Cavities.

You’ve got plenty of company. Nobody likes hearing they’ll need a filling. And dentists hate delivering the news – because we know that even though a cavity can be filled, decay weakens teeth forever.

So the development of dental sealants is great news for dentist and patients alike.

Imagine if Your Smile...

Imagine if your smile made you proud?

Imagine if your teeth were straight and white and healthy looking?

If you’re embarrassed by your teeth and ashamed of your smile it’s probably almost impossible to imagine feeling like that..

Get Beautiful Straight Teeth Without Wearing Ugly Wire Braces!

Are you embarrassed by your smile? Afraid all people notice is your crooked teeth?

If so, you’ve got plenty of company. Lots of folks didn’t have the opportunity to wear braces when they were younger and others who did wear them have watched their teeth slowly drift out of alignment later.

A Global Epidemic More Widespread than H1N1

Protect yourself from this epidemic!

Imagine a condition that... contributed to such killers as heart disease, stroke,  and diabetes... made victims’ teeth fall out, and affected nearly 75% of Americans – putting them at serious risk of debilitating disease and even death.1

You think it would make the news – and make people want to take action NOW. This is because the media rerely covers serious dental issues.

End the Embarrassment!...No More Fake-Looking Front Caps

The other day I was speaking with a new patient and she mentioned she hated the appearance of a large old filling in one of her front teeth.

“I actually thought about having it capped,” she said, “then I talked to some of my friends and they said I shouldn’t even think about doing it”.

Silent Gum Disease could be Deadly

Chances are you saw the headlines about a new study that looked at the relationship between gum disease and heart problems.  But headlines can take you just so far. So I’d like to take this opportunity to explain the study’s findings because I’d hate for anyone to put his or her health at risk due to misunderstanding.
